| Croqu'En-Bouche |
The Croqu'En-Bouche is a traditional French wedding & baptisms cake, also called “Piece Montée”. The shelf life for this type of cake is ONLY 1DAY; the cake will be made 2 hours before pick or delivery the day of the function.
When you take an Order for a Croqu'En-Bouche (Piece Montée) cake , the PRICE IS $1.95 per profiterole, we recommend 2 to 3 profiterole per serving, with a minimum of 100 profiterole, for pieces with less then 100 profiterole the price per pieces is $2.15 for each profiterole.
Example: a Croqu'En-Bouche for 20 people = 60 profiterole X $2.15 = $129.00 or 20 serving at 2 per person= 40X$2.15 = $86.00.
For a Croqu'En-Bouche to feed 45 people at 3 profiteroles each the price will be: 45 x 3 x $1.95= $263.25
Please note that decorations like shown on the picture are extra, we will charge extra for flowers (market price +$5.00) or any other type of decorations. Sugar Angel-Hair decorations is $35 per Croqu'En-Bouche but is only available on day’s when outside air humidity is to a minimal, Angel-hair will melt very quickly in humid temperature (within 2 hours). |
